Students at SD 3 Pejeng Kaja in Gianyar had a fun day with BAWA’s education team when we visited to give interactive presentations on BAWA’s work to save and protect Bali’s animals and on proper care for pets.
BAWA’s team was delighted at the enthusiasm of the 80 students, aged 11 -12 years, who asked many questions, especially about their beloved pets. We thank Pejeng Kaja for inviting us.
BAWA specialist educators are in schools and communities every day, teaching proper care for animals, respect for the Bali heritage dog and correct response to rabies incidents. Our education program wouldn’t be possible without the support of the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW). We thank IFAW for its partnership in sustainable community education.
Please contact info@balianimalwelfare.com if you would like BAWA to visit your institution or community. We love to meet new friends!
